International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local jurisdiction. These charges are separate from shipping costs and collected by your country's customs office.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at support@omlysa.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to PO boxes for expedited orders. Standard shipping to PO boxes is available via USPS only.
